Life coaching is a relatively new discipline (at least in name) - It started in the mid-1990s, and has gained momentum in the 2000s. It is growing in popularity and has become an international discipline. Most life coaching works with someone to establish goals and to hold them accountable, few offer the guidance, insight and wisdom most of us require to accomplish more in our lives.

Our approach to Life Coaching assures a person is considering all areas of their life and is encouraged to achieve balance in them. While other Life Coaching seek mainly to establish goals, our process provides a structured approach to assure you are considering all dimensions of your life. We do begin the guided process by developing the goals you would like to achieve, and then develop an Individualized Plan so you have a detailed road map to get you where you want to go, as we provide insight and support along the way.
