Becoming emotionally mature is a process. Sometimes there are events in our lives which can emotional stunt our development and unless we learn how to move past them, we can become emotionally "stuck",
- Addictions and Compulsions - Most of us use "escape" as a way to cope. This module is designed to help all of us, not just those with addictions.
- Anger Management - Sometimes when we are angry, we say or do things we later regret. Here you will learn strategies how to cope with events that can lead to anger and control destructive anger.
- Co-Dependency - There are times when we live for others, and not ourselves. Learn how to identify co-dependent behaviors and use some proven tools to gain your life back.
- Conflict Resolution - Since we all live in community with others and we are all unique, conflict is bound to occur. Develop strategies to engage in healthy conflict.
- Life Transition - As we move through life's major events, sometimes we need help moving through them. (things like: divorce, job loss, major illness, death of someone close).
- Personal Boundaries - We all get hurt by other people, there are times when we need to establish boundaries to avoid some of those situations.
- Self Image - We all struggle with issues of self esteem and self confidence. This module will help boost your self esteem and confidence.
- Shame - One of our more popular modules (after people go through it) - few of us understand shame and the affects it has on us.
- Stress Management - Stress and anxiety are with us daily, learn the difference between positive and negative stress, and how to manage the negative stress in our lives.
